I am completely okay with the idea that this mewtwo-look-a-like is an inferior experiment that was not as powerful as mewtwo…. It makes sense seeing as the tail is on the head and the fingers and toes look more unfinished than mewtwos, and it’s smaller. I mean we did hear in the first movie that before mewtwo’s creation they had gotten close with a previous clone…. So maybe… Just maybe.
This would be an okay outcome. Then I would accept the newmew. But put the new form things to rest!!! Legendaries do not evolve!!!!

I normally don’t give a damn about the new Pokemon. It’s not like gen one was a diamond mine after all. But this? It’s got something to do with my personal favorite so I’m hoping there’s a damn good backstory for this thing.
If it’s a new Pokemon entirely I can deal with it.
But if it’s a form? A permanent one?
